During this unusually cold and rainy October, I attended a few end-of-season festivals, including the Ikebukuro Halloween Cosplay Festival.

Here are a few photos from the Tachikawa Yokai festival, which was cute but on the small side for the distance I traveled to attend it.

Ikebukuro Halloween Cosplay Festival 2025
Afternoon rains forced me home early, but I managed a few fun photos before the inclement weather started. This was unfortunate because many cosplayers turned out for this event, but ended up standing around in a nearby mall.
午後の雨に早く帰らせられたけれど、悪天候前に面白い写真を少し撮れました。残念にも、コスプレイヤーは沢山来たけれど、ほとんどの人がモールで待機していました。
