As the pandemic continues, I tried to distract myself with a little experiment.
パンデミックが続くので、自分の気を散らすために小さい実験を試しました。
In July, the Tokyo weather becomes uncomfortably hot and stays that way for about two months. My favorite tea company gave away free, lined bottle bags with each purchase to help keep the drinks cold.
七月に東京の天気は暑すぎになって二か月頃続きます。飲み物を冷たく保つために、一番好きなお茶会社が販売と一緒に無料のペットボトルの保温袋をくれました。
BUT!!! Do they actually work? I had to know. So I spent an afternoon measuring the temperatures of a warming bottle of water with and without a bag.
でも！本当に役に立ちますか？知りたかったです。だから保温袋入りのボトルと保温袋がないボトルの中味の温度を計って、午後を過ごしました。
My results showed, interestingly, that the bag almost doubles the amount of time it takes for the water to warm up.
結果は面白く、保温袋はボトルの中身が温まる時間を二倍にするのを表しました。
