New Year and Jet Lag<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

I spent the last few days of my vacation hanging out with mom and the first couple of weeks back in Tokyo with the typical jet lag. My boss visited from Austin for two weeks which was great motivation to get up and moving each day. It is all hazy in my memory.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Language Exchange or Drawing Exchange<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

I asked my ex-English-conversation-student, current-language-exchange-partner, and flutist-in-many-rock-bands, Kazumi<\/a>, for an original drawing of avatar\/mascot for her band “Kikuratemenshisu.” She demanded a drawing as well, so I made a ham-fisted attempt at a watercolor based on an old photograph she posted online.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The last few years have not been great for my gaming hobby and 2020 is not starting off well. I only got one play of Settlers of Catan in at work this month.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
