Here It Goes Again"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Sorry for the delay, folks.&nbsp; As you can imagine, December was crazily busy as I tried to learn a new job while searching for an apartment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u307f\u306a\u3055\u3093\u3001\u9045\u308c\u3066\u3059\u307f\u307e\u305b\u3093\u300212\u6708\u306f\u3059\u3054\u304f\u5fd9\u3057\u304f\u3066\u65b0\u3057\u3044\u4ed5\u4e8b\u3092\u7fd2\u3044\u306a\u304c\u3089\u30a2\u30d1\u30fc\u30c8\u3092\u63a2\u3057\u3066\u3044\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Jobs<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>My first month at Indeed went as well as can be expected.&nbsp; My co-workers have all been friendly and helpful.&nbsp; My boss flew out from Austin, Texas to spend the week here, helping me adjust while meeting with other Tokyo-based folks.&nbsp; The benefits of working at Indeed, such as free lunches, relaxed schedules, and plenty of sofas and lounge chairs all turned out to be true.&nbsp; My office is located at the Ebisu Garden Tower and has an amazing view of the city.&nbsp; There is very little to complain about.&nbsp; Perhaps the most significant challenge is dealing with the daily deluge of information created by so many engineers.&nbsp; I needed to find a place of my own.&nbsp; Indeed hired a company to help me with the search, but I found them difficult to work with.&nbsp; Combined with rising prices in my desired ward and the general disinterest in renting to foreigners, I found very slim pickings.&nbsp;
