January 2016 marks the one year anniversary of this blog and my return from Japan. I celebrated, apparently, by doing absolutely nothing interesting. Seriously, this entry contains nothing more than commentary on a coloring book. If I were you I’d skip it entirely.<\/p>\n

Worst Coloring Book Ever<\/h2>\n

Perhaps you noticed that a film called “Star Wars” came out in January. I went with my mom early in the month and we both enjoyed it, even if it repeated a lot of stuff from the first movie.<\/p>\n

\u4e00\u6708\u306b\u300cStar Wars\u300d\u3068\u8a00\u3046\u6620\u753b\u304c\u958b\u6f14\u3057\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3002\u304a\u6bcd\u3055\u3093\u3068\u898b\u3066\u884c\u3063\u3066\u3088\u304b\u3063\u305f\u3068\u601d\u3044\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3002 \u521d\u3081\u306e\u6620\u753b\u306e\u7269\u3092\u7e70\u308a\u8fd4\u3057\u305f\u306e\u306b\u3002<\/p>\n

I have also enjoyed all the associated marketing, like the toys, the calendars, and the toasters.<\/p>\n

The coloring books, however, have been terrible. I bought a set of four “Play Packs” just to show you. Each Play Pack has stickers, four crayons, and a coloring book. But look at the coloring book pages.<\/p>\n

Here is Kaylo Ren, who dresses in all black, and his space ship, which is all black. I supposed I could color Ren’s face, but I do not have a flesh-colored crayon!<\/p>\n

The end of the book has some heroes to color. Now, a coloring book should offer simple drawings with a lot of room for coloring. These drawings are obviously made by software outlining photographs, and have huge patches of black which I can not color.<\/p>\n

\u5dfb\u672b\u306b\u5857\u3089\u308c\u308b\u4e3b\u4eba\u516c\u304c\u3042\u308a\u307e\u3059\u3002\u3000\u305f\u3044\u3066\u3044\u5857\u308a\u7d75\u306e\u672c\u306f\u7c21\u5358\u306e\u7d75\u3067\u5857\u308b\u306e\u4f59\u88d5\u3042\u308c\u3070\u3044\u3044\u3067\u3059\u3002\u3000\u3053\u306e\u7d75\u306f\u30d1\u30bd\u30b3\u30f3\u306e\u30bd\u30d5\u30c8\u306b\u4f5c\u3089\u308c\u3066\u5927\u304d\u304f\u3066\u9ed2\u304f\u3066\u5857\u308c\u306a\u3044\u70b9\u304c\u3042\u308a\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n

I Hate Snow<\/h2>\n

Speaking of crying, the snow fell pretty heavily in the early part of the month. I do not hate the snow itself, really, but I do hate driving in it.<\/p>\n
